Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 19, 2025

At NAVAAN, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer general refunds or exchanges, we are committed to resolving any genuine issues you may face with your order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacement requests only if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and invoice must be intact

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the damage/issue along with the packaging


3. How to Request a Return

Please email us at teamshoptide@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact number

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting images or video (mandatory)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.


4. Return Approval & Pick-Up

  • If your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner.

  • You will be notified of the pickup schedule and expected timeline.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or alternative solution.


6. Refunds

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, refunds are not applicable unless:

  • You received a damaged/defective item and no replacement is available

In that case, we may issue a store credit or provide a bank refund upon confirmation (at our discretion).


7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues (please refer to the size guide before ordering)

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Personal care or innerwear (if introduced)

  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
