All orders are shipped using standard delivery service with Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method accepted.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

  • Once processed, the order is handed over to the courier partner for delivery.


4. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 6–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local conditions, or during high-demand periods such as sales, festivals, or national holidays.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is currently free on all orders (if applicable).

  • Any updates to shipping fees (if introduced later) will be mentioned at checkout before placing an order.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email with tracking details, if available.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We only accept Cash on Delivery for all orders. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make the payment at the time of delivery.


8. Delivery Issues

In case of failed delivery attempts (e.g., customer unavailable or incorrect address), our courier partner will attempt redelivery. If undelivered, the order may be returned to us.
