3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, in which case a notification will be sent.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email.

4. Cash on Delivery Only

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.
Please ensure someone is present to accept and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery timeline is 6–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery may take longer during holidays, festivals, or unforeseen logistics delays.
You will be notified once your order is shipped.

6. Returns & Replacements

We only accept return or replacement requests for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect product received
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be returned unused and in original condition.

7. Pricing & Promotions

All prices listed are in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform—including product images, logos, brand names, graphics, and text—is the exclusive property of NAVAAN. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

NAVAAN is not liable for:

Delays caused by third-party logistics partners
Customer-provided errors in shipping addresses
Minor variations in color or fit due to screen differences or batch variations

10. Governing Law
